The vision of the company is to become the first publishing company to inspire and encourage the world to become overcomers that will able them not only to overcome any obstacle but strive for greatness of course in their own right. We will accomplish this not only through publishing’s but will push the envelope that no other publishing company has by expanding our brand and services through video, personal motivational speaking, t.v talk show as well as radio broadcasting. Our philosophy is when you win we win and when you’ve failed, we failed you.

The concept of what we do is inspire, encourage and assist people through whatever difficulty, obstacle, adversity, trial or tribulation the person may be going through at the time. What we do also is offer a platform in as many forms as possible to propel those who are in need of a little pep talk or boost of confidence that will propel them into their preferred accomplishments. Whether defeating depression, disappointment, divorce, unemployment, poverty, disease, final-exams, drugs or alcohol addiction, physical and psychological abuse etc.

Our objective is to share the experience with our clients on every level possible because we at OvaCom believe that in essence we all connected in many ways. We believe that when you fail, we have failed you and because of that we must strive to do better in order to provide you with better services… 

Latesha N. Gilchrist is a survivor, a mother of three and a grandmother. Latesha survived living the fast life and cheating death daily.  Laughing in the enemy face when his tricks didn't work out like planned in Latesha life. Latesha is a Christian, author, and motivational speaker.  Born and raised in Raleigh, NC spent a few years living in Chester, Pa as a baby.  Latesha believes that no matter where you are in life as long as you have Jesus, He will see you through the darkness.

Latesha is a natural born leader. People are attracted to her like moths to a flame, she now wants to take those attributes and help steer young people in the right direction.  Her ability to reach people where they are whether they be that addicted person on the street or the highest levels of the corporate world.  

Latesha values are treating people as you want to be treated and putting God first.  She believes in looking out for family and friends and caring for the underdog. She also believes in God bless the child who has his own, everyone needs help but you have to get up and go get it, no one is going to give it to you.

When Latesha isn't writing she loves reading mystery novels and talking to people.  She is currently working on her next novel.
